Exhibitions

Member schools can be part of student exhibitions, plus gain access to Gallery display areas and special programs.

Inreach

Member schools can visit the Gallery using the Artiebus.

A tailored Gallery visit for students exploring selected exhibitions including meanings and messages, art styles, materials, and techniques, followed by a related art-making workshop. The Gallery will hire the bus from a local bus company for you.

Outreach

Our Education Coordinator can visit your school and work with students.

These sessions can include exhibition-related workshops, as well as art analysis and appreciation workshops. Outreach sessions for students are linked to current curriculum and sessions can be tailored to meet specific school or student needs.

Artiebus

Schools within Wellington Shire

• Two free Artiebus trips (one per semester) to visit the gallery and other cultural sights.
• Four Outreach visits (one per term) by the Education Coordinator to visit your school.

Schools outside Wellington Shire

• One free Artiebus trip per year and free train station transfers (bus from Sale station to the Gippsland Art Gallery and return).
